Start off your evening with a glass of prosecco on arrival as your mixologist gives you a whirlwind tour on how cocktails are made. Our experts will take you through the history of the cocktails as they demonstrate the techniques of creating a masterpiece. Use this time to sample the cocktails because it’s your turn to be in the limelight next as you’ll have the chance to step behind the bar and make your very own cocktail. Then move over to our extensive whiskey selection but for this masterclass only the best will do! Let our mixologist demonstrate our innovative Signature Smoked Old Fashioned. This is a cinnamon infused cocktail with Wild Turkey 81 Bourbon, stirred with angostura bitters and smoked with dried orange zest, black pepper, dry lavender flowers and spices. Delicious right?
Then it’s time bring out the gin based favourite of Mr Bond, the Martini. There’s more to it been shaken (not stirred) so our mixologists will give you the full history and different styles of martini.
